SWIMMING POOL AND SPA PRODUCTS LINEUP

The system features a high-intensity ultraviolet lamp that emits two distinct wavelengths within the UV spectrum: 254 nm and 185 nm. The 254 nm wavelength deactivates the DNA of bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens, while the 185 nm wavelength converts the oxygen within the quartz sleeve area into ozone. The ozone generated is introduced into the water stream using the Venturi effect.

• Water Flow: Water is pumped into the reactor chamber from the circulation system and flows upward around the quartz sleeve.
• Air Injection (Section A): Air is drawn into the unit through a venturi injector and directed downward through the quartz sleeve that houses the UV-C lamp.
• Ozone Generation (Section B): UV-C light at 185 nm converts oxygen in the air into ozone inside the quartz tube, while 254 nm UV-C simultaneously disinfects the surrounding water.
• Ozone Injection & Mixing (Section C): The ozone-rich air is pulled into a venturi loop and injected into the water stream for effective mixing and oxidation.
• Final UV-C Disinfection: The ozonated water returns to the reactor chamber, where it receives a final pass of 254 nm UV-C light for enhanced purification.
• Water Outlet: Treated and disinfected water exits the system from the top, ready for recirculation to the pool or spa.

This combined process effectively eliminates microorganisms such as molds, Legionella bacteria, parasites, algae, and viruses. It also breaks down organic residues like urine, sweat, cosmetics, and sunscreen — all without leaving any harmful by-products in the water.
